Terrance Ladon Chaney, was born October 24, 1960 in Dallas, Texas to Levi James Chaney and Dorothy Ann Draper. He received his education from the Dallas Independent School District.
Terry worked at Proline for years until the company was sold. He then joined Mary Kay Cosmetics in 2009, as a Production Line Technician. Terry would try to help anyone he could. He was always there when you needed him. He was a hardworking man and had a passion for working on cars. He was a fun, loving person that everyone loved to be around. In his down time, he loved to ride his motorcycles, and was a member of the Silverbacks Alpha Male Biker Club.
He accepted Christ at an early age. Terrance committed his life to Christ at S.O.W Church under the leadership of Pastor David Diggles on November 4, 2018.
On Saturday morning, May 2nd, 2020, Terrance L. Chaney was called from a life of labor, to an eternal life of reward. He is preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Draper; grandparents; Mary Chaney, Mary Crutchfield and Pascal Chaney.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife of 30 years, Delores Chaney of Lancaster, TX, daughters; Lakesha Clark and Keora Clark, sons; Otha Clark (Janet), Levi Chaney (Ashley), and Kingston Chaney, grandchildren; Nijzah Hall, Tamya Sexton, Kelcee White, Zaniyah Clark, Travion Johnson, Davion Johnson, Zion Clark, and Taj Jackson, great grandchildren; Calayiah Johnson, and True Johnson, father Levi James Chaney, brothers; Thomas Chaney (Judy), Darryl Chaney (Patricia), Kenneth Chaney (Charlotte), Derick Chaney (Melinda) and Patrick A.
